Project Story

From communication problem to clearer story.

The design is the visible part. The thinking underneath it is what makes the presentation work.

The challenge

CCGITS sits across a wide China–Arab business ecosystem. That breadth is a strength, but it also makes the company difficult to explain when every service, relationship and opportunity is introduced at the same level.

The approach

We reorganised the presentation around the central role CCGITS plays in connecting markets. Services and capabilities were grouped into a clearer narrative so the audience could understand the company first, then explore the individual parts of the ecosystem.

The design direction

The deck uses stronger visual hierarchy, structured sections and business diagrams to turn a complex network of activities into a more coherent corporate story. The goal was not to remove complexity, but to give it an understandable shape.

The result

The presentation gives CCGITS a more unified way to introduce its proposition across business-development and stakeholder conversations while retaining the scale of the opportunity it represents.
